Sander Andersen, Executive Chairman of H100 Group, announced that his company has acquired two Norwegian firms, Moonshot and PDI. This acquisition added 2,455.7 BTC to H100’s holdings, bringing its total to over 3,506 BTC worth approximately $226.7 million at current prices.
The transaction also included the issuance of roughly 790.5 million new shares at SEK 1.86 each. This acquisition represents the largest M&A transaction ever completed in the European Public Bitcoin Equity sector according to Sander Andersen.
