US spot Bitcoin exchange-traded funds (ETFs) have extended their net inflow streak to nine consecutive trading days, accumulating approximately $3.1 billion in total inflows, according to SoSoValue. The inflow momentum contrasts with spot Ether ETFs, which recorded $3 million in net outflows on Tuesday, ending a seven-day inflow streak, while Zcash ETFs saw $8 million in net outflows on Monday, halting a six-day inflow trend.
Bitcoin’s price edged down 0.4% to $83,567 over 24 hours, with broader crypto sentiment softening as the Alternative.me Crypto Fear & Greed Index dipped to 71 from 73. Year-to-date net inflows for Bitcoin ETFs now stand at $1 billion, reflecting sustained investor interest despite short-term price volatility.
Ether ETFs, which had attracted $851 million in net inflows over seven days, faced a reversal on Tuesday, while Zcash ETFs’ outflows marked the first significant withdrawal since their launch. Analysts note that shifting investor sentiment and macroeconomic factors may influence near-term fund flows.
Kyle Rodda, a senior financial market analyst at Capital.com, highlighted that rising energy prices could temper Bitcoin’s upward trajectory, though he described the asset’s technical outlook as “quite constructive.” The interplay between macroeconomic risks and ETF performance remains a key focus for market participants.
