OpenPayd has bolstered its regulatory presence in the United States by integrating MSB USA Inc., securing 43 state money transmitter licences (MTLs) under its operations. The move, announced in a press release, enhances the firm’s compliance framework and positions it to serve a broader range of clients across the US market.
The integration follows OpenPayd’s announcement of annual recurring revenue (ARR) exceeding $96 million and annualised transaction volume surpassing $300 billion as of July 31, 2026. These figures reflect the company’s growth trajectory, supported by its partnership with Titan Acquisition Corp., which was disclosed in June 2026. The business combination is subject to customary closing conditions, including shareholder approval.
OpenPayd, a London-based financial infrastructure provider, now serves over 1,200 global clients, including major names such as Kraken, eToro, OKX, and B2C2. The addition of MSB USA’s licences strengthens its ability to operate across multiple US jurisdictions, complementing its existing authorisation under the EU’s MiCA framework by the Malta Financial Services Authority.
Dr. Ozan Ozerk, OpenPayd’s founder, highlighted the strategic significance of the expansion, stating: “Every era of finance has been defined by its infrastructure… The U.S. is at the forefront of this evolution… OpenPayd has something few providers can claim: regulated infrastructure spanning both fiat and digital assets, on both sides of the Atlantic.”
The firm’s equity value is estimated at up to $1.145 billion on a pro forma basis, reflecting confidence in its dual-regulated model. OpenPayd’s planned Nasdaq listing under the ticker “OP” is expected to close in the fourth quarter of this year, though the exact timeline remains unspecified.
