Securitize Shares Sink in Pre-Market Trading After Revenue Misses Estimates
#### Standfirst
Securitize reported a total revenue of $14.4 million for the second quarter, down from $20.6 million in Q2 2026, missing analysts’ forecasts and leading to a significant drop in pre-market trading.
As per Securitize’s latest report, despite seeing an increase in average tokenized AUM at $4.3 billion (up 16% from the previous year), revenue growth stalled with a 5% decrease compared to Q2 2026. The tokenization revenue fell by 12%, further exacerbating concerns about the company’s performance.
The underperformance in total revenue and tokenization figures has resulted in a sharp decline of around 16% in pre-market trading as of 8:10 am UTC, signaling investors’ growing skepticism regarding Securitize’s financial health.
