CoreWeave Shares Surge 16% in Pre-Market Trading on Stronger Growth and Raised Outlook

The AI infrastructure provider reported stronger growth for its second quarter with revenue more than doubling to $2.58 billion, narrowly beating analyst expectations. It also forecasted third-quarter sales between $3.45 billion and $3.6 billion while increasing its 2026 revenue guidance to $12.4 billion to $13.2 billion.

CoreWeave ended the quarter with $104 billion in contracted business and added more than $25 billion of customer commitments after the period closed, managing a net loss of $626 million that was smaller than analysts projected. Management highlighted recent deals carried margins five to 10 percentage points above previous levels due to scarce capacity and favorable pricing conditions.

The results reinforce a widening market divide where AI infrastructure continues to attract capital, customers, and premium valuations despite challenges in other sectors such as bitcoin trading below $64,000.
